Warm plaids, hot teas and soups will keep you warm. They ordered a bouquet of pink roses as well to celebrate Emily’s birthday anniversary. Their picnic was set up for 12h30 lunch hour, so that they could walk across the park from their morning visit to the Eiffel tower.

Engaged in Paris with “Love Picnic Paris”
Important to note that we do not give out any set number of photographs or restrict the number of photographs included in your photo package to the minimum to overcharge you thereafter for extra photos! You’ll probably notice it is common practice.
Olivier would edit all of the photos that he selects, (usually quite a few). He will retouch each photo individually and send them over no later then the next day via wetransfer. The photos will also be sent out in high resolution format. We do not charge you for higher resolution pictures either! Everything is included in a set fee with no extra charge. The files are very carefully processed by Olivier. Usually the process totals to an extra day of production. It takes proper skills & patience. It is time consuming but the final result is gorgeous!
You will receive a link to download your pictures via email. This way you can send the link to your parents the next day as well.

A Paris birthday picnic celebration.
As mentioned above, our gourmet picnics are set up at various parks across the city. Our clients favorites locations include the champ de Mars as well as the Trocadero gardens. Both parks are a few minutes walk to the entrance of the Eiffel tower. This is quite handy if you are also planning on visiting the Eiffel tower the same day.

The Trocadero gardens are located across the river seine from the Eiffel tower. The Eiffel tower being a really tall structure, we recommend to pull back a little to fully enjoy your picnic with the view of the tower. Otherwise you may take the risk of a neckache looking up at the tower as you are enjoying your picnic hour. This will also take you away from the crowd gathering at the foot of the tower. From experience, we found that there are also quite a few interesting perspectives for photos around that side of the seine.
Our clients ordered our “Amelie Poulain” gourmet picnic as well directly from the website. We set up their picnic with our traditional picnic set up including a red and white squared picnic mat. The set up was all ready by 16h00. Time is really flexible though. Their Paris picnic included a bottle of rosé wine as well as a bouquet of roses. They celebrated their 10 years anniversary on a gorgeous afternoon. Our clients also requested a one hour photo session with our professional photographer both at the picnic site and around the tower afterwards.

This past week end, we organised a sunrise proposal in Paris! Such a gorgeous morning it was. We set up our deco gourmet picnic at the champ de Mars, overlooking the Eiffel tower. We suggested to our client to propose by 8am. This way they could have the whole park to themselves! It was a lovely morning, the park was indeed very peaceful at this time. There were only a few people around, mainly walking their dogs and jogging. Such a Parisian thing to do!
Marius proposed to his girlfriend when they arrived at the picnic site. We organised half an hour of engagement photos prior to the picnic with our professional photographer. The light is gorgeous at this time of the day. If you are an early bird, it is a great idea to get to the park at sunrise.

The Eiffel tower area can get a little busy during the day to say the least. Planning your engagement early enough, you will skip the crowd and enjoy a unique Parisian experience. You also will be able to enjoy the city of light waking up to its full beauty. Because our clients are usually a little jetlag travelling to Paris, it is not too difficult to head to the Eiffel tower that early afterall. I assure you it is really worth it! You will get some great photos for your engagement with our professional photographer.

Lets enjoy a Paris birthday celebration for a fun, stylish and elegant afternoon with a romantic gourmet picnic from ” Love Picnic Paris”. Martin surprised his wife with a week end visit to Paris to celebrate her birthday. We set up our “Amelie Poulain” picnic for them at the gardens of the Trocadero. Our photographer took some gorgeous lifestyle photos of the two of them when they arrived at the picnic. It was the perfect surprise for our birthday girl.
We laid out a traditional picnic blanket with our gorgeous wicker baskets on the grass. They enjoyed a bottle of chilled rosé wine with a selection of French cheeses, a selection of cold meats, a market salad, a vegetable quiche, seasonal fruits and a chocolate cake! Photos were a lot of fun. Olivier took them around the Eiffel tower after their picnic for some more photos. They had a full hour with our photographer. The pictures were sent out to them the next day.

To do in Paris – Lets enjoy a Gourmet picnic at the park with ” Love Picnic Paris”. Our couple decided on having a professional couple photo session with our photographer as well. Not sure about you but i am not into selfies. I think it is a wonderful idea to have a professional photo session planned while visiting Paris. It is so rare to have gorgeous photos with your loved ones that you want to print and frame on your wall. Some photos deserve more then just a 24hours story on instagram!
Our photographer had one hour with our couple before they enjoyed their picnic at the park. The session is a lot of fun to do! They both look very happy together. A selection of over 80 photos were edited, retouched and sent out by our photographer the next day via wetransfer.
It is easy to download the high resolution files. You can also send the link to family members back home for the next 7 days. The final result is gorgeous, fun, lively and elegant. Love those photos of our clients!
“Love Picnic Paris” for a romantic afternoon.
Our traditional French style gourmet picnics can be set up at various parks in Paris. We are also somehow flexible with timing for the setting up. The details of your order can be fine tuned directly via email so that we keep track of things.
Our clients moved the date of their picnic once to fit in between activities. It unfortunately rained quite heavily on the day of their picnic. We decided to move the picnic time to the next morning. They were staying at a hotel on the champ Elysées. Because of 8th of May festivities, our French president happened to be present on the champ Elysees on that day. All the roads were blocked for a few hours! They couldn’t managed to reach out to us on time. Again, we decided to postpone the picnic later on in the evening.
And YES, bingo, it did worked beautifully finally! All that to say that we can be very flexible with time and everything else. We do our best to make sure that our clients have a great time with us.

Choosing the right location for your picnic.
It does sound simple to set up a picnic around the Eiffel tower. It sometimes gets very crowded specially on week ends. The center area of the champ de mars can get specially overcrowded. The city often decides to close part of the area to let the grass grow as well. We set up in the morning to find the best spot for our clients depending on daily activities.
We decided to set up Ali and Seema’s picnic a little off the side of the main area of the champ de Mars. The spot we chose was quite peaceful, a little sheltered with trees. The light was gorgeous, shining from the tree line off the side (great for photography). We let our clients know of their picnic location roughly 1/2 hour before the beginning of their picnic via geo localization.

Our photographer realized it while Michell took the ring out of his pocket, kneeled down and proposed to his loved one. The photos ( And it is a very personal point of view ) are gorgeous. Why! Because they are not planned, not set up, organized! They were both a little reserved and our professional photographer did a great job in making sure that they were going to have a great time with him. I think that the photos speaks for themselves. You can simply propose when you arrive to the picnic site. We will have your deco picnic all ready for you to enjoy when you arrive. The photography of your proposal can take place when you arrive, this way you have a perfect Paris picnic set up for the pictures. Our photographer will be taking photos of the two of you for the first half hour. You can then enjoy your romantic picnic. Our photographer will come back at the end of your picnic to take you around the Eiffel tower for more photos if you decide on one hour of photography. The set of photos will be edited, retouched and sent out to you the next day. This way you can share some of your engagement photo with both families the next morning.

If the weather doesnt cooperate in the morning, we could wait a little bit or set up the picnic under one of the shelter at the champ de mars. We do have some large size umbrellas at your disposal as well. We would set out to find the best spot when he arrives on the day. We will then confirm the location of the picnic spot via geo localization on your phone after assessing the best possible locations for your event. We would therefore request from you a phone number with prefix so that we can ease up communication in the morning directly with our clients.
All you have to do is enjoy your picnic without having to worry about logistic. We will be on call during the picnic time and present to clear the picnic set up once you are finished. You can simply carry on with your visit in Paris or your engagement photo session following your picnic.
Our Paris surprise proposals will usually take place around the Eiffel tower. Mitchel’s proposal was set up at the champ de Mars. We do also set up our picnic at the Trocadero gardens depending on the days activities!

Versailles is one of our favorite place to visit. We do love heading there ourselves from time to time. We decided to to propose to our clients to organize their surprise proposal at the gardens of Versailles a couple of years back. Versailles is roughly 45mn drive from Paris. You can visit the castle in the morning. Take the opportunity of a garden picnic to propose and carry on your visit in the afternoon. Exciting day for “Love Picnic Paris”. We have just planned a wonderful proposal at the gardens of Versailles with the most talented engagement photographer. Days are getting longer, spring time is around the corner now. It is a little cold still in Paris & planning a stylish engagement at the gardens of Versailles is a wonderful call of duty.

Fun gourmet picnic experience at the Versailles estates.
Versailles estate, located 45mn drive from the center of Paris is a cultural & historical delight. Versailles is also the most wonderful setting for our gourmet picnics. We set up our picnics either along the canal or at the park heading towards the Marie Antoinette estate.

The picnic experience was exceptional. Oliver made every effort to make our picnic very special. The weather was inclement and Oliver kept an eye on the hourly forecasts.
He changed the time to reflect the best weather conditions and kept us informed.
Worked out extremely well with our picnic coinciding with the hour with the best weather.
