Picnic Proposal at the gardens of Versailles
We organised with our client to set up our deco gourmet picnic at a quiet spot we favor at the park. Our traditional French style wicker baskets were set up under a gorgeous oak tree away from the crowd. Our deco set included vintages umbrellas, traditional mats, cushions, cashmere plaids, blankets. Picnic menu included a traditional French baguette, a selection of cheese, selection of cold meats, a market salad, vegetable quiche, seasonal fruits and desert! Yummy …
Professional photography for your Versailles proposal.
Our client proposed when they arrived and settled at the picnic site. Our professional photographer photographed our clients proposal from the distance. He then introduced himself and took a few gorgeous photographs of the two of them for the next half hour at the picnic.
Once our clients finished their engagement lunch, Olivier took them around the gardens for another hour of photography. The gardens of Versailles are a stunning backdrop for a romantic photo session. They rented a golf cart over this time to make the photo shoot a little easier.

Model sailboats on the Grand Bassin are a total enjoyment for kids and grown ups alike. The park is home to numerous statues & the romantic medici fountain. Since the late nineteenth century, the garden is also home to a traditional marionette theater as well as a stunning greenhouse located past the tennis courts. During the summer Olympics, we probably wont be able to orchastrate your proposal with a view of the Eiffel tower. At the moment, we planned on setting up our Paris proposal picnics either at the Luxembourg gardens, the park Monceau or the gardens of Versailles.
Our clients had their proposal photographed by our professional photographer when they arrived at the picnic location. The proposal photos were taken from the distance at first so that our photographer would not interfere with this very romantic moment.

Olivier photographed their proposal from the distance when they arrived at the picnic site. He then introduced himself to our couple & took some gorgeous portrait of the two of them at the picnic site. Once they finished their lunch, our clients enjoyed another hour of photography around the estates.
Our clients were a little shy at first, of course everyone is a little shy in front of a camera … Me INCLUDED! … A great photographer does the trick! Well worth the inversment if you ask me.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux après-midi préparé par Love Picnics. L’assiette était incroyable avec une telle variété de fromages, une quiche fantastique, et un cadre magnifique dans le Parc Monceau, qui était leur idée. This company is fantastic! They set up a beautiful picnic for me and my wife in Luxembourg garden for my wife and I. Oliver was so sweet and awesome to work with. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!

The picnic experience was exceptional. Oliver made every effort to make our picnic very special. The weather was inclement and Oliver kept an eye on the hourly forecasts.
He changed the time to reflect the best weather conditions and kept us informed.
Worked out extremely well with our picnic coinciding with the hour with the best weather.
The meal was delicious the wine wonderful the experience magical.

We simply love heading to Giverny from time to time. Giverny represented a haven for the Impressionist movement, particularly through Claude Monet’s iconic gardens.
