Beautiful afternoon with our clients visiting from Texas. We set up our gourmet picnic at the trocadero gardens towards the end of the afternoon. At this time of the day, the light is gorgeous and perfect for some stunning lifestyle family photos. It always pays off to get yourself a Paris professional photographer with the right experience to capture your family photos. We organize deco style gourmet picnics either in Paris or the gardens of Versailles. Any of our picnics can be set up at a park alongside a professional photo shoot. We would only advise that you plan your date a little ahead of time. You can enjoy an Eiffel family picnic adventure, chill under a beautiful Parisian sky for the afternoon with “Love Picnic Paris”.

Planning your Paris family picnic.

We do advise our clients to reserve their date a few months in advance if possible. We rarely do last minute picnics! First of all we only cater for one picnic at a time so that we can be flexible with the time of the day we set up your picnic. We will check on the forecast the day before and advise our clients to move the starting time a little later on during the day if need be. We do ask our clients to be a little flexible as we are. We also ask our clients to reach out via whatsapp the day before so that we can easilly communicate and geo localize the picnic location when we arrive on site.

The whole process is carefully explained in advance. It is very easy! Just remember not to use UBER in Paris as they tend to be completely unreliable. We do ask you to get to the picnic site on time as well. Simply because food doesn’t wait!

A tipycal menu would be ” french traditional baguette, selection of French cheeses, selection of cold meats, a Market salad, seasonal fruits, Chocolate cake. Our picnic comes with a bottle of wine. Champagne is on option.

Celebrate your birthday in Paris.

Why not celebrating your birthday at the Eiffel tower with a gourmet picnic? Lets make your birthday celebration in Paris a fun event. “Love Picnic Paris” will assist you with the planning of your special day at the park. You will gather your friends and family under the Eiffel tower for one in a lifetime occasion. We can host an event, outside at the park, for up to 30 guests. A picnic in Paris is a real delight!

Drafting your Paris birthday menu.

Our birthday picnics are usually set up at the champ de Mars. We will find the best spot for the afternoon once we arrive at the park. The exact location will be geo-localized roughly 1/2 an hour prior your picnic hour. We will go to the market in the morning to prepare your menu. A gourmet picnic comes with our traditional French baguette, a selection of French cheeses, a market vegetable salad, a selection of cold meats, a vegetable quiche, seasonal fruits and a chocolate cake with candles and balloons. It is ideal that you get in touch a few weeks prior to your date. This way we can we can easilly accommodate your date and time.

Planning the perfect picnic in Paris.

“Love Picnic Paris” will have your picnic set up and ready usually around 13h for a lunch party. We will be present on site if needs be. Once you have finished, we will take care of the dismantle for you. All that you have to do is enjoy a gorgeous afternoon with your party under a beautiful Parisian sky.

Our professional photographer can document your gourmet picnic. It is a fun way to commemorate your special event. All of the photos will be professionally edited, retouched and send out the next day in high resolution format. This way you can produce a gorgeous album of your Parisian memories.
