Ordering a gourmet picnic with “Love Picnic Paris”
Ordering a gourmet Paris picnic is easy. Once you have decided on your preferred menu, you can chose the time of the day you would like us to set up your picnic at the champ de mars or the Trocadero gardens. You will find various options as well which you can easilly add to your order.
You can add a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of flowers for a romantic lunch or a proposal in Paris. We do collaborate with musicians as well as a very talented photographer. All of the prices are listed on our order page.
We propose two different designs for our gourmet picnic set up. Our deco gourmet picnic is featured in this post. It includes cashmere plaids, a customized menu, a set of cushions, candles, umbrellas, a vintage picnic napkin, our traditional wicker baskets. Our deco picnic includes a bottle of champagne.

Here is another example of one of our gourmet deco picnic set up at the Trocadero gardens for a family of four. We organized a one hour family photo session with our professional photographer. The photos are simply gorgeous again! Combining a gourmet picnic with a photo session is the perfect idea for a gorgeous afternoon at the Eiffel tower.

Often we are asked if we only do picnics for proposal! The answer is surely NO … Our picnics are for everyone wanting to have a typical French experience while they visit the city. Our stylish Paris park gourmet picnics are a wonderful way to propose to your girlfriend with the Eiffel tower in the background. It is also a wonderful idea to celebrate a romantic outing, a birthday celebration or any other fun get together outside in a parisian park.
A lot of our clients are going to the Eiffel tower for a visit right before or after one of our picnic. It is a very nice way to chill on the grass after a little exercise at the Eiffel tower.

Today, we wanted to publish a story from this past summer with a family from Porto Rico. It was the 14th of July, our national French holiday. I remember the date because we rarely set up Picnics on the river seine. Only the champ de mars area was all locked off, getting ready for the evening firework celebration. Our clients wanted a view of the Eiffel tower to enjoy their picnic experience in the city rightfully so!
Big blue sky, some colorful balloons, our traditional wicker picnic baskets, red roses, a bottle of champagne orchestrated the perfect Paris birthday celebration.

“Love picnic Paris” is all together very flexible with the services that we propose to our clients. We are here to make suggestions if you are somehow hesitant. If you have choosen one of our proposal package including our photographer, an evening picnic is probably more appropriate. This is the time of the day where we would have the best light for photos.
Once you have placed your picnic order with us, we will guide you every step of the way. You will not be left out in the vague! All of our emails are quite detailed. If we have missed out on something important to you, please notify us via email.
Understand that it is not possible to pick up a basket, all of our gourmet picnics include a surprise set up at the park. When you arrive at your picnic location, your picnic will be ready for you to enjoy. We would geo-localize your picnic exact location 20mn prior to your set up time.
If you are travelling with your elder parents, let us know, we will add up some chairs so that they can sit comfortably. We would include a birthday cake with candles for a birthday picnic. Todays clients are enjoying our Stylish romantic deco gourmet picnic at the Trocadero gardens. The Trocadero gardens is a little higher up from street level. You will enjoy one of the best view of the Eiffel tower from the distance accross the Seine.
“Love Picnic Paris” will arrange date and time of the day with you. It is probably best to set up a picnic late afternoon if you wish to have some professional photos. Your gourmet picnic will be set up with our traditional wicker baskets, vintage table cloths, romnatic cushions, designers umbrellas, candles, plaids and blankets, candles, a customised menu. Our deco picnic is served with a bottle of chilled champagne to set the atmosphere.

A few things to know if you are planning on reserving a picnic with us. First book your picnic early if you can. We only do one picnic at a time. We are having to refuse clients because the date and time is already taken.
Head to our picnic order page, start processing your order. Payment is processed once we approve your order. You are more then welcome to leave us a note with any specific information. We will respond within the next day.
We propose a few options such as flowers, champagne ( included with our deco picnic ), professional photography, musicians for a designed proposal and the service of a professional magician for parties. Prices are on the order page of our website.
All of our picnics are set up for you prior to your arrival. You do not pick and and return baskets, we will take care of that for you. We would be on call while you enjoy your picnic. We will dismantle your picnic for you as well so that you can just carry on with your visit without having to worry about a thing. Your spring time engagement photos will be magical. Your birthday celebration with be amoment to remember.

We simply LOVE heading to Versailles for the day and their surprise proposal. Regardless of the season, Versailles estate is the most amazing historical site located only half an hour west of Paris. A lot of our clients decide on Versailles to propose to their girlfriend. Versailles gardens are definitely our favorite escape for a gourmet picnic and the perfect setting for a secret proposal.
Visits to the palace start at 9am while the Trianon estate opens at noon.You can purchase your tickets in advance through the official Versailles estate website. The palace as well as the Trianon estate are open every day apart from monday. The park and the gardens are open every days. There are three train stations running from Paris. Located on Boulevard de la Reine, the Queens gates give you access to the park with a car. There is a charge of €12 to access the park by car.

This company is fantastic! They set up a beautiful picnic for me and my wife in Luxembourg garden for my wife and I. Oliver was so sweet and awesome to work with. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!

Morning can be spent going up the Eiffel tower picnic, enjoying the spectacular view over the whole city. You might see us setting up your gourmet picnic with red balloons from hight above. Your paris birthday celebration can be set up late afternoon as well. You will enjoy the evening lights looking at the Eiffel tower after a busy afternoon walking around town. Time to rest, chill, enjoy a traditional French moment under a beautiful Parisian sky.

Any of our four different picnics can be ordered directly in our website. Head to our service page, enter your date/time, choose your picnics and any of the options that we propose. Add a little note, for a Paris birthday celebration, diatery restrictions & any special request. The process is simple, should you have any question, do not hesitate to get in touch. Reserve your date in advance though, we only do one Paris picnic at a time.

We propose professional Paris engagement photography sessions that can be coupled with your afternoon picnic and celebrate Paris birthday celebration. The photo sessions can be ordered directly while you chose your picnic. We will guide you through every step of the way once we receive your order. Our couple & family photo sessions are a lot of fun as you can see. Photos are not set up, posed but lively and quite stylish.
You can choose from a mini photo session to one hour on the website. Reach out to us if you are looking at shooting at different locations or starting early with the morning light.
We are very flexible and anything can be arranged.
