We headed to beautiful Versailles a few days ago to produce the engagement of our dear clients. We are now very excited to showcase our clients Versailles proposal romantic photo story on this post. The photos are quite gorgeous and speak for themselves. Our professional photographer produced a beautiful photo story that documents the sheer beauty of the day with grace and romance.

Our proposal picnics include our deco style gourmet picnic set with our traditional wicker baskets, vintage mats, retro style umbrellas, designer cushions, cashmere plaids & warm blankets in the winter season. Our deco picnic set also includes candles, ice bucket for the bottle of champagne and a few other surprises.

We will customize a special menu depending on your special requests … As an exemple, our couple enjoyed a French traditional baguette, a selection of cheeses, a selection of cold meats, a market salad, seasonal fruits, sweets and macarons for desert.

Proposal photography with the best.

All of the photographs on our website and social media are produced by our very special photographer. We do collaborate with Olivier who has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has collaborated with the NY Times, Marie Claire, Le Monde, El Pais, Sydney Morning Herald … He makes sure that his clients have a wonderful time during the photo session. Our clients engagement photo session are done in a fun manner. Olivier has a way to make his clients feel at ease and enjoy the photo shoot. It does show in the final product & it is always a real pleasure to look through the visuals of our clients special day with us.

We will go through the process with you via email in details. We would set up your proposal picnic in the park prior to your arrival. We would suggest that you propose to your love one when you arrive at the picnic site. Olivier would photograph your proposl from the distance at first. He would then introduce himself and take a few more lifestyle portraits with your deco picnic set. You can then enjoy your picnic, pop up a chilled bottle of champagne and celebrate!

Our deco style gourmet picnic.

Our deco style gourmet picnics are set up at the park prior to your arrival. Our birthday picnic set would include vintage mats, designer cushions, retro style umbrellas, our French style wicker baskets … We would set out to find the best spot when we arrive on the day. The location of the picnic would be confirmed via geo localization on your phone after assessing the best possible locations for your event around the tower. We do ask you to reach out via whats app the day before the event so that we have your phone on file.

We would also check on the forecast the night before. We do ask you to be a little flexible with the time of the picnic. This way we can move the set up time around in case of rain. Please refer to Love Picnic Paris FAQ page for detailed information.

We organize deco style gourmet picnics either in Paris or the gardens of Versailles. Any of our picnics can be set up at a park alongside a professional photo shoot. We would only advise that you plan your date a little ahead of time. You can enjoy an Eiffel family picnic adventure, chill under a beautiful Parisian sky for the afternoon with “Love Picnic Paris”.

Planning your Paris family picnic.

We do advise our clients to reserve their date a few months in advance if possible. We rarely do last minute picnics! First of all we only cater for one picnic at a time so that we can be flexible with the time of the day we set up your picnic. We will check on the forecast the day before and advise our clients to move the starting time a little later on during the day if need be. We do ask our clients to be a little flexible as we are. We also ask our clients to reach out via whatsapp the day before so that we can easilly communicate and geo localize the picnic location when we arrive on site.

The whole process is carefully explained in advance. It is very easy! Just remember not to use UBER in Paris as they tend to be completely unreliable. We do ask you to get to the picnic site on time as well. Simply because food doesn’t wait!

A tipycal menu would be ” french traditional baguette, selection of French cheeses, selection of cold meats, a Market salad, seasonal fruits, Chocolate cake. Our picnic comes with a bottle of wine. Champagne is on option.

We now propose a one hour photo session to add to your picnic experience. Our photographer would welcome you at the picnic site. The photo session would take place before you enjoy your picnic so that the picnic set up is perfectly styled. The photo session would usually be split in half. First part would take place at the picnic site & Olivier would then take you around the site for the remaining time with him.

Olivier is a lot of fun to be around & knows exactly how to make his clients feel at home! Photographs would be edited and retouched the next day. We do not have any limit in the number of potos that we send out. It doesnt really make sense to us.

The picnic experience was exceptional. Oliver made every effort to make our picnic very special. The weather was inclement and Oliver kept an eye on the hourly forecasts.
He changed the time to reflect the best weather conditions and kept us informed.
Worked out extremely well with our picnic coinciding with the hour with the best weather.
The meal was delicious the wine wonderful the experience magical.

It’s a sunny afternoon at the Trocadero gardens. The grass is lush, birds are singing, and the Eiffel Tower peeks in the background. We set up our deco style picnic for our family visiting from Dallas by 13h a few days back. The picnic set includes vintages mats, our frnech style wicker baskets, retro style umbrellas, plaids, custom menu …

Our clients enjoyed a Fromage platter with Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, and Comté as well as a selection of Charcuterie: saucisson sec, jambon de Bayonne, pâté. We prepared a market salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, morzarella cheese and grapes. On the menu French traditional baguettes, pastries for the kids, seasonal fruits and a chocolate cake for desert.

Versailles gardens for a gorgeous afternoon picnic with our family visiting from the US. We set up our gourmet picnic under one of the oldest oak tree of the park. Any of our gourmet picnics Paris can be coupled with Wonderful family portraits with Love Picnic Paris. You will find plenty of photo stories both around Paris and the gardens of Versailles on our blog.

The process is easy! We set up your deco style picnic at one of our favored location. Everything is set up for you to enjoy when you arrive to the picnic site. Our Paris professional photographer would welcome you and take your family photos at the beginning of your picnic hour this way the set up is all beautiful.

All about family portraits sessions.

We mainly propose two different photo packages which you can add to your picnic in Paris. First one is what we call a mini photo session which last 1/2 an hour. It is done when you arrive at the picnic site with Olivier. The second option is to have Olivier document your family picnic over one hour. This hour can be spent at the picnic site, alternatively you can split your photo session in half.

The first part at the picnic site where Olivier would include the picnic decoration with our set up in the photos. Once you have finish, Olivier would take ou around the site for the remaining time to do some lifestyle photos with everyone. Olivier has this thing about making his clients relax and enjoy their time in front of the camera. The photos are cajual, all natural, not too posed and document the essence of tehday with Paris or Versailles in the backdrop.

The photo process with Love Picnic Paris

Olivier knows how to create a relaxed environment, so everyone feels comfortable and natural. The smiles, laughter, and little interactions are authentic, not just posed.

Here is how we work : We do not propose a set number of photographs to our clients. ( Photographers often charge extra if you pick up more then the original number of phtoographs ). Olivier would do his editing, retouch all of the photographs. He would send you all of the edited files in high resolution within the next couple of days. It makes it easy to share the link with families who couldn’t make it back home. You would receive a beautiful set of photographs. Your family portraits capture the unique bond that only your family shares, making it deeply personal and meaningful.
