We will set up your proposal picnic for you. All of the logistics would have been taken are of the day before your engagement. We have made the process very easy for everyone. Our French style gourmet picnics.

Our gourmet Paris picnics come with our French style wicker baskets and a few deco accessories depending on your fancy. We do set up our picnics for you so that you can simply enjoy the moment with your partner when you arrive at the picnic site. A typical menu would include a traditional French style baguette, a selection of French cheeses, a selection of cold meats, a market salad, vegetable quiche, seasonal fruits and a chocolate cake. We are also very open to your suggestions.

Our picnics are served with wine or a bottle of chilled champagne. Our deco picnic is simply a perfect idea for a proposal at Versailles. It is stylish and utterly romantic! Our picnic set up comes with vintage mats, cashmere plaids, candles, retro style umbrellas to shade the food from the sun. You will find a few photos on this page including cushions, a customised menu, flowers.

A typical afternoon at Versailles for a proposal picnic.

Our Versailles engagement picnics are usually set up at the park around 1pm. This way you can enjoy the visit of the estates in the morning. We would usually set up our picnics under one of the oldest oak tree in the park. We set up your picnic for you in a peaceful & charming environment. We would provide you with a map, also geo localize the location so that you have no issue finding us! Our professional photographer would photograph your proposal from the distance to preserve your privacy over this very special occasion. He would then introduce himself and take a few portraits of the two of you at the picnic site over the first 1/2 hour.

You can then pop up the bottle of champagne, enjoy your lunch and simply relax & have fun. Versailles is wonderful for engagement photos. Once you finish your lunch, our photographer could take you around the park. An engagement photography session would usually last one to two hours. It is really depending on you. A Romantic Engagement at the Estates of Versailles

The gardens of Versailles have become a golden backdrop for our clients engagement as we enter the fall season in France. More and more our dear clients decide on the gardens of the castle of Versailles for their proposal. I think this is a wonderful idea away from the iconic Eiffel tower and the everlasting engagement photos with her majesty in the background! I guess it is time for innovation and something a little different … A little quieter, a lot more peaceful, romantic and intimate for your surprise proposal! Certainly a unique set up for one of a kind Romantic engagement in one of the most beautiful garden in France …

Picnic Proposal at the gardens of Versailles

We organised with our client to set up our deco gourmet picnic at a quiet spot we favor at the park. Our traditional French style wicker baskets were set up under a gorgeous oak tree away from the crowd. Our deco set included vintages umbrellas, traditional mats, cushions, cashmere plaids, blankets. Picnic menu included a traditional French baguette, a selection of cheese, selection of cold meats, a market salad, vegetable quiche, seasonal fruits and desert! Yummy …

Professional photography for your Versailles proposal.

Our client proposed when they arrived and settled at the picnic site. Our professional photographer photographed our clients proposal from the distance. He then introduced himself and took a few gorgeous photographs of the two of them for the next half hour at the picnic.

Once our clients finished their engagement lunch, Olivier took them around the gardens for another hour of photography. The gardens of Versailles are a stunning backdrop for a romantic photo session. They rented a golf cart over this time to make the photo shoot a little easier.
